One of our sweet neighbors had a Valentine Party complete with crafts and decorating cupcakes. She served Strawberry Soup which was fabulous along with pink milk, pink muffins, etc. It was quite a treat! Julianne gave out Valentine's here as well as at school and she calls her Valentine's her "mail." Mom and Dad had a Mardi Gras party to go to on Valentine's, but we had a little family celebration on Sunday. We had our Suppa Club Friday night and it was my turn on dessert duty, so I did chocolate fondue with strawberries, bananas, angel food cake and rice crispie treats - it was a hit (yes, I am proud of myself). I did not mean for it to be a Valentine's theme dessert, but it sort of turned out to be one...
Just thought this was cute. A typical bath for Julianne consists of bringing ALL of her ponies in with her. The princesses in the background were not allowed to come in the water, so I propped them up to watch the ponies. While in the tub, Julianne comes up with all kinds of imaginary situations with her ponies - they go on adventures and she talks, babbles, screams, laughs the entire time. She usually plays "Mommy and Darling" with a pair of ponies.
