We had a great visit to Cameron and Leslie Carlile's lakehouse. Cameron's parents own 4 vacation homes - all of which could win awards for architecture and decor - so we felt pretty lucky to be in such a beautiful place with lavish grounds complete with a waterfall, a playground, tractors to ride, and a gorgeous lake. During the day we hung out on the boats or in the water and at night we put the kids to bed and sat out on these huge verandas that overlooked the water - it was very relaxing. The whole place was geared towards grandkids so there were bunk beds, small life vests, videos, and books - which just made it that much more cozy. Cam and Les are due with another baby in October as well and we are predicting boy for us and girl for them. Grant and Julianne had fun chasing eachother, but they are clearly into very differnt things: Trucks VS Ponies. Maybe they learned something from eachother.
